⚠️ A Cautionary Tale: When 'Premium' Lenses Become an Un-Cleanable Nightmare
My experience with GlassesUSA started great but quickly became a cautionary tale I feel obligated to share. Everything about working with GlassesUSA was great until the glasses defect surfaced. I paid for premium lenses including the $48 extra for the Super Hydrophobic coating. These lenses are nearly impossible to clean. I have 9 pairs of Zenni glasses and not a single one of them have this issue. When I reached out, they only offered me a 50% store credit for what is clearly a manufacturing defect, despite their 365-day warranty. The frustration of not being able to speak to a live agent and waiting days for an email led me to try their online chat, hoping for a real solution.
Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated. I paid extra for the Super Hydrophobic coating, and my lenses are impossible to clean. They're constantly smudged.
