This place, in my direct experience, is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They're a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" that never happened; hours later, I was told my order would take 3 business days. When I tried to get my money back, their customer service was infuriatingly automated – a bot for live chat, an endless phone menu. I had to game the system just to speak to a human, only to be dismissed. This utter lack of accountability and communication is why I decided to leave this review and insist on a resolution.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order clearly states it will take 3 business days. I want a refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee right now. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeline, sir/madam. Let me check your order details for you. Can I get your order number, please? Customer: It's [Order Number]. The website promised next day, but then your email said 3 days. This is unacceptable, especially since the glasses have Plano lenses and shouldn't require 'production' delays. CS Rep: Thank you. I see the charge for expedited shipping. It appears there may have been a processing delay that prevented it from shipping as quickly as anticipated. We do apologize for the discrepancy between what was promised and the actual delivery update. Customer: So you admit it's not next-day? Then refund my money. I've emailed multiple times, tried chat bots, and now finally got a human. This shouldn't be so hard. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration with the difficulty in reaching us. I am escalating your request for a refund of the $19.95 shipping fee to our billing department immediately. You should receive an email confirmation regarding this within 24-48 hours.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services that are never provided and dealing with non-existent customer support.
