⚠️ A $347 Warning: A Nightmare of Robochats and a Lost Refund
I'm sharing this as a warning. My experience trying to return a pair of glasses turned into an absolute nightmare, and I want others to be aware before they spend their money. It was a case of horrible customer service. Following their 14-day return policy, I used their return authorization within the time limit, shipped glasses back via UPS at their recommendation, yet received no credit or contact of any kind. There is no phone number that connects, rather a robot chat session that leads to circular frustration. This is a total waste of $347, and I've already shipped the product back with their authorization form. Buy at your own risk. After hitting a dead end with their automated systems, I finally managed to get a live person in a chat to demand answers.
Customer: I returned order #58291 over two weeks ago. The UPS tracking confirms you received it. Why haven't I received my $347 refund or any communication from you?
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about this delay and the frustration it has caused. Can you please provide me with the return tracking number so I can look into this for you right away?
Customer: The tracking is 1Z-ABC-123. Your return policy is a joke. I followed every step, and all I've gotten is silence and automated messages. This is completely unacceptable.
CS Rep: Thank you for that information. I see here that the package was received. I sincerely apologize for the oversight in processing. I have personally escalated this to our billing department to issue a full refund immediately. You will receive an email confirmation within the hour.
